What we do
As EGYMees on the Machine Hardware team, we make sure our machines are designed, developed, sourced, and manufactured to offer the best user experience.
- Mechanical Design architects the physical, ergonomic structures of our strength equipment, balancing premium biomechanics with robust industrial design.
- Electronics & Firmware builds the intelligent nervous system of our machines, ensuring precise sensor tracking, smart motor control, and reliable IoT connectivity.
- Prototyping & Testing gets hands-on in the lab, validating new mechanisms, running stress tests, and learning fast from failures to optimize performance.
- Manufacturing & Supply Chain Operations bridges engineering with global production, ensuring our hardware innovations scale smoothly from blueprints to fitness floors worldwide.
- Quality & Product Safety continuously monitors our ecosystem to guarantee that every single rep taken on an EGYM machine is safe, smooth, and highly personalized.
- Configuration & Master Data Management, Product Compliance and Documentation & Education secure our engineering "single source of truth" and global compliance standards, translating complex products into the intuitive manuals and training that empower our ecosystem.
