Further Information and Right of Withdrawal

1. Visibility of my training data in the EGYM Trainer App
I consent to my trainers at the gym viewing my training and fitness data stored with EGYM (health data, e.g. training results, plans, analyses) via the EGYM Trainer App in order to provide me with targeted support.
The data is not permanently transferred, but only made available for display within the Trainer App.

2. Reports to your gym
I consent to EGYM providing my gym with my name and certain information regarding my use of EGYM products at regular intervals. This includes, for example, when I registered for EGYM, when I performed a body analysis on the EGYM Fitness Hub, when I started a training program on an EGYM Strength Machine, or when I (or my trainer) created a training plan.
This data may be used by the gym to track which steps I have already completed and to contact me via email should I need support to successfully continue my training. I am aware that no concrete health data (such as my heart rate) is shared—only timestamps and status messages, such as "Training plan created on 01.05."

3. Automatic update of my profile data
I consent to the synchronization of changes to my personal data (e.g. email address) between EGYM and my gym. This is to avoid technical issues (e.g. assignment errors causing login problems with the EGYM account) and to ensure consistent information in both EGYM and gym systems.

My consent to the aforementioned processing is voluntary and can be revoked at any time via my EGYM profile.

Note: If you have given your gym other consents (e.g. for marketing purposes), the use thereof is the sole responsibility of your gym. Any revocation regarding those consents must be declared directly to your gym.
