    We provide support for all women at EGYM to help them grow in their professional careers, and all female EGYMees have access to a mentoring program.

    We support and advocate for the LGBTIQ* community by amplifying their voices, fostering networking, and organising inclusive events like the Christopher Street Day.

    This initiative seeks to connect our EGYMees by getting in touch with newbies or colleagues from other departments to get to know others and have random catch ups.

    The Spanish speaking community and cultural enthusiasts meet once a month for lunch or to exchange information on Spanish-language events.

    People of many different nationalities meet to share food from cuisines from around the world and to learn about their different cultures.
